Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page is maintained by AI Vidya and explains when a payment for a live class, recorded course or AI tool can be cancelled or refunded.

01Live classes

  • You can cancel your seat and request a full refund up to 24 hours before the class begins.
  • Once the live class has started, the fee is non-refundable because the seat and trainer time have already been reserved for you.
  • If you cannot attend, tell us before the class and we will move you to the next Sunday batch in the same language at no extra cost.

02Recorded courses

Recorded courses are digital products delivered instantly. Once access has been shared, the purchase cannot be refunded.

If a video does not play or your access link does not work, contact us and we will fix the access or issue a refund for that course.

03AI tools store

Tool subscriptions and licences purchased through our store are activated with the tool provider on your behalf. Once a licence key or account access is delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.

If a licence is never delivered or does not activate, we will either replace it or refund it in full.

04Classes cancelled by us

If we cancel or postpone a class for any reason, you may choose a free transfer to the next batch or a full refund. The choice is yours.

05How to request a refund

  • Message us on WhatsApp at +91 63052 72640 or email hello@aividya.in.
  • Share the registered name, phone number, payment date and amount.
  • Tell us briefly why you are requesting the refund.

06Refund processing time

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or UPI provider, the amount usually reflects within 5 to 10 working days.

07Non-refundable situations

  • Missing a live class without informing us in advance.
  • Change of mind after a recorded course or tool licence has been delivered.
  • Inability to attend due to personal internet, device or power issues.
  • Requests raised after 7 days from the date of payment.

08Need help first?

Before requesting a refund, talk to us. Most issues — timing clashes, language preference, access problems — are solved quickly, and we would rather get you into the right class than process a refund.
