01Information we collect

We only collect what we need to enrol you in a class and stay in touch with you about it.

  • Contact details you share with us — name, WhatsApp number, phone number and email address.
  • Enrolment details such as the language batch you choose (Telugu, Hindi or English) and the courses or tools you purchase.
  • Messages you send us over WhatsApp, email or the contact options on this site.
  • Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as device type and pages viewed.

02How we use your information

  • To confirm your registration and share live class links, timings and reminders.
  • To give you access to recorded courses and any AI tools you purchase.
  • To respond to your questions and provide learner support.
  • To send occasional updates about new batches, courses and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.

03Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the platform — for example messaging, video conferencing, hosting and payment providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service you asked for.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law.

04Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Card details, UPI IDs and banking credentials are entered directly with them and are not stored by us.

05Data retention

We keep enrolment and contact records for as long as you remain a learner with us, and afterwards only where needed for accounting, tax or legal purposes.

06Your choices

  • Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Opt out of promotional messages while continuing to receive class-related updates.

07Children and young learners

Our classes are open to learners of all ages. If a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should register on their behalf and stay responsible for the account.
